Nsure is a nationwide digital insurance agency helping homeowners and renters secure insurance coverage across the United States. We are seeking energetic, professional, and customer-focused Phone Operators to support our growing team.
Position Overview
The Phone Operator is responsible for handling a variety of inbound and outbound phone activities related to customer service, policy support, documentation requests, and general client communications. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys speaking with customers, solving problems, and working in a fast-paced office environment.
Schedule
This is a part time position with the possibility of transitioning into full time. This position also has the possibility of transitioning into a full time Licensed Agent role in which we assist in helping you obtain your insurance license.
Hours- Monday through Friday, 1:00 PM - 6:00 PM
Training Hours- Monday-Friday 9-1 PM
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls with existing and prospective clients
- Assist customers with policy-related requests
- Collect and verify customer information
- Follow up on outstanding documentation and underwriting requirements
- Schedule callbacks and appointments for licensed agents
- Provide updates regarding policy status and next steps
- Accurately document all customer interactions in company systems
- Route calls and requests to the appropriate department when necessary
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service on every interaction
- Support various administrative and phone-based projects as assigned
Qualifications
- Previous customer service, call center, receptionist, or phone support experience preferred
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Comfortable handling a high volume of phone calls
- Ability to multitask across multiple computer systems
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Detail-oriented with accurate data entry abilities
- Positive attitude and professional demeanor
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required
