Key Responsibilities

Dispatch fuel deliveries to customer locations

Schedule common carrier drivers for deliveries throughout California and Nevada

Monitor inventory levels at managed sites

Process and coordinate fuel delivery orders from customers and company marketers

Reconcile freight invoices and confirm delivery completion

Review fuel rack pricing
-
Respond to on-call inquiries regarding deliveries, returns, and related issues

Perform additional duties as assigned
Qualifications & Competencies

Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills

Self-starter with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Highly organized with strong attention to detail
