Community
- Welcome clients by name
- Enthusiastic and supportive attitude towards clients
- Ability to develop STRONG relationships with clients
- Ensure client profiles are up to date
- Continue to build the community culture of STRONG
Sales
- Complete all client interactions from walk in’s, phone, and email
- Generate and convert membership sales
- Lead the sale of memberships, merchandise, and other offerings during shift
Studio
- Maintain upkeep of the studio in-between classes including cleanliness, Rowformers, washing/soaking of eucalyptus towels, sock wash
Skills and Experience
- Self-motivated and goal oriented
- Passion, enthusiasm & genuine motivation towards wanting to improve the lives of othersAbility to multitask
- Excellent verbal skills

FLEXIBILITY is a MUST. Shifts/schedules will be based on the needs of the studio. We are seeking 15-20 hours/week commitment. Job is NOT seasonal.
Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
