Restaurant Beck is a chef-driven restaurant focused on seasonal ingredients, scratch cooking, and modern techniques. We're looking for an entry-level line cook who already has some experience in a full-service or scratch kitchen and wants to build a career—not someone whose only kitchen experience is in fast food.
If you have a strong work ethic, basic knife skills, and a desire to learn, we'll teach you the rest.

Responsibilities
- Prepare ingredients and execute daily mise en place
- Cook and plate menu items to Restaurant Beck standards
- Maintain a clean, organized station
- Follow recipes and chef instruction
- Work with urgency while maintaining quality
- Assist with prep, receiving, and kitchen organization
- Support your teammates during service
We're Looking For Someone Who Has
- At least 1 year in a full-service or scratch kitchen (preferred)
- Basic knife skills
- Experience with sauté, roasting, grilling, frying, and basic prep
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to work evenings and weekends
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
