Job Overview
Burleson Express Car Wash is looking for a dependable, hardworking Maintenance Repair & Car Wash Attendant to join our team. In this role, you will help keep our car wash equipment, property, and facilities operating safely and efficiently while providing excellent customer service. The ideal candidate is mechanically inclined, enjoys working outdoors, takes pride in maintaining a clean facility, and is committed to delivering a great customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs on car wash equipment and facility components.
- Troubleshoot equipment issues and report major repairs to management.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized property, including vacuum areas, wash tunnel, parking lot, and landscaping.
- Assist customers with using the car wash and answer questions in a friendly, professional manner.
- Follow all company safety procedures and maintain a safe work environment.
- Complete opening and closing maintenance and cleaning tasks as assigned.
- Assist with additional duties as needed to support daily operations.
Requirements
- Must have reliable transportation to and from work.
- Must be dependable and consistently report to work as scheduled.
- Mechanical aptitude or experience performing basic equipment repairs and maintenance.
- Prior experience with car wash equipment or facility maintenance is a plus.
- Must be able to work safely and effectively in extreme heat and outdoor conditions.
- Must be available to work a flexible schedule of approximately 30 or more hours per week, including weekends or holidays as needed.
