About Us
Jewelry Design Center is seeking a highly organized Inventory Specialist to oversee inventory accuracy, product movement, receiving, and merchandise control. This role is essential to ensuring operational excellence and maintaining the integrity of our inventory systems.
Responsibilities
- Receive, process, and track incoming merchandise
- Maintain accurate inventory records and product information
- Conduct regular inventory audits and cycle counts
- Monitor discrepancies and resolve inventory issues
- Prepare merchandise transfers and vendor returns
- Assist with product tagging, pricing, and organization
- Generate inventory reports and support management with inventory analysis
- Ensure security and accountability for all merchandise
Qualifications
- Previous inventory, operations, warehouse, retail administration, or merchandising experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Comfortable working with spreadsheets and inventory management software
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to lift and move merchandise as needed
- Jewelry industry experience is helpful but not required
