Jani-King Gulf Coast, a recognized leader in commercial cleaning, is hiring an energetic Inside Sales / Appointment Setter to generate leads and set appointments for the Southeast Mississippi region. This role focuses on outbound calling, qualifying prospects, maintaining the CRM, and scheduling sales appointments.
What You’ll Do:
- Make outbound calls to qualify new business opportunities (100+ dials/day expected)
- Uncover prospects’ challenges and needs; generate interest and set appointments (target -2 appointments/day)
- Build and maintain prospect relationships. Follow up to move opportunities to the sales team
- Update and maintain CRM with leads, activities, contact info, and tasks
- Coordinate calendars, marketing materials, and outgoing prospect communications
- Research target accounts and leverage digital resources to understand prospects
- Meet or exceed daily and monthly goals to support team initiatives
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience making outbound calls and cold calling
- Strong phone presence, persuasive communication, and resilience to rejection
- Excellent organizational and time‑management skills
- Proficient with MS Outlook, Word, Excel and comfortable using a CRM
- Strong internet research skills
- Self‑motivated, dependable, team‑oriented, with a positive attitude
