Description:
ClearSite Land Services is hiring Utility Crew Members to support land maintenance, site prep, and field operations. This is a hands-on role for dependable individuals who take pride in quality work and safe jobsite practices.
Responsibilities include:

Maintain clean and organized jobsites

Follow company policies and supervisor direction

Operate hand tools, power tools, and equipment safely

Perform daily equipment inspections and basic maintenance
-
Report damage, safety issues, or equipment concerns immediately
-
Vegetation maintenance (mowing, weed trimming, shredding, tree trimming)
-
Fence and gate construction and repair (posts, wire, gates)
-
Jobsite cleanup, debris removal, and end-of-day walkthroughs

Other duties as assigned

Proper PPE use

Job hazard awareness

Traffic, site access, weather, and heat safety awareness
