As a valuable member of our Sales Team, you will help drive sales growth and nurture business relationships with present and future customers!
What You Will Do:
- Help customers find the right vehicle
- Work incoming leads and showroom traffic
- Follow up by phone, text, email, and in person
- Seek customer referrals
- Deliver a great customer experience
- Learn a proven sales process with hands-on training
What We Seek:
- Sales Experience from ANY Industry!
- Career-Oriented individuals seeking long-term employment
- Auto Sales experience is a PLUS but not required!
- Ford Auto Sales Experience/Product Knowledge is a PLUS but not required
- Strong sales skills and follow-up skills
- Great Customer Service skills
- Professional demeanor, outgoing, friendly, good people skills, able to build rapport w/ customers
- Good Communication skills, both verbal and written
- Good Computer skills
- Social Media skills are a Plus
- Must have a well-groomed, professional appearance, professional/business attire, professional demeanor
