Pay: $ 31.00
Shift: Full-time.
Hours: Vary (Must be willing to work any shift including overnights & weekends as needed)
Must have a valid Arizona Guard card.
Must have Top-Secret Security Clearance (Dept. of Defense).

SCIS is seeking an energetic Security Site Supervisor to oversee operations across a site in an assigned area. This position is ideal for a demonstrated leader with operations experience, keen problem-solving skills, and the ability to foster lasting relationships with both employees and clients.
What You’ll Do:
- Supervise contract employees across your assigned site to ensure operational quality
- Proactively address concerns with clients and employees
- Oversee hiring, training, development, and retention in coordination with HR and leadership
- Investigate incidents and ensure compliance with all security policies and procedures
- Manage payroll, accounting, and administrative processes
- Maintain site access and badging requirements per industry regulations
- Ensure a professional, high-performance work environment
What You Bring:
- US citizenship
- Associate’s degree (preferred) or equivalent combination of education and experience, with at least 1 year of Security, Military, or Law Enforcement experience and 1+ year of Supervisory Experience
- Valid Arizona Guard Card
- Final Top-Secret Clearance (Dept. of Defense).
- Valid Driver’s License and Good Driving Record
- Strong ability to lead teams, resolve issues, and maintain professional relationships
- Proficiency in Outlook, Word, Excel, and other computer applications
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
