The P3 Sports Lab’s After-School Program is committed to providing players of all levels and backgrounds with the opportunity to learn the sport build confidence, and develop their skills under the guidance of experienced coaches—whether they’re just starting out or looking to refine their abilities. We believe high-quality coaching should be accessible to all children, not just those in competitive sports. We aim to develop a lifelong passion for sports, build confidence, and ensure every session is fun and engaging.
About the Position:We are seeking individuals who are passionate about teaching to elementary-aged player’s during their formative years. As a P3 Coach, you’ll be fully supported by our management team, ensuring you have the tools needed to succeed and provide an unparalleled experience for young players.
Role Highlights:
- Coach and inspire young players at partner schools, making the sessions engaging and impactful to their skill development.
- Serve as a positive role model and mentor, fostering a love for the game.
- Collaborate with our team to support each player’s development and ensure a positive experience in a safe environment.
What We’re Looking For:
- A strong desire to teach and mentor elementary-aged players through sports
- Commitment to creating fun, skill-building, and positive soccer experiences.
- Strong communication skills and a positive, team-focused attitude.
- Experience working with elementary-aged children. Must be able to pass a background check.
- Ability to commute to various school locations (all within Charlotte-Mecklenburg County).
- Previous sports experience, such as playing in high school or college.
- Previous coaching experience is a plus but not required.
