Job Summary:
We are seeking a gifted and experienced (5 year minimum) Worship Leader that sings and plays either guitar or keys to join our contracting team. The Worship Leader will be responsible for leading the music and worship team, on weeks they are scheduled.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and direct music rehearsals and worship services. Must lead from guitar or keys.
- Select appropriate music for services in collaboration with the pastor
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure a cohesive worship experience
- Coordinate with sound and media teams for seamless execution of services
Experience:
- 5 Years minimum experience leading worship from guitar or keys (mandatory)
- Proven experience as a Worship Leader leading teams
- Proficiency in playing guitar or keys while leading worship
- Strong leadership skills to guide and inspire team members
- Ability to mentor and develop musicians and vocalists
- Excellent communication skills to convey the message of worship effectively
