Requirements:
1. High school diploma or equivalent.
2. Certification in basic first aid and CPR.
3. Experience working with individuals with disabilities or the elderly.
4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Compassionate and patient demeanor.
6. Ability to lift and transfer clients safely.
7. Reliable transportation to travel to clients' homes.
8. Ability to pass a criminal background check.
