Coastal5ive runs in-person promotional campaigns for established brands at live events throughout the St. Petersburg, Clearwater and Largo area. We connect real people with real products — face-to-face, not over a headset — and we've built our reputation on doing that well.
The Role
As an Entry Level Sales Representative, you'll be on-site at brand activations and community events, often the first person a consumer talks to and sometimes the last impression they walk away with. Some conversations are quick. Some take work. Either way, you're seeing it through — from the opening hello to a closed sale or a clear next step. This role suits someone who's naturally comfortable with strangers, stays composed when things pick up, and wants a job where putting in real effort actually gets noticed.
What You'll Do
- Greet and engage consumers at live activations and events across the Clearwater area
- Walk people through client products and offers in plain, straightforward language
- Handle questions and pushback with patience instead of pressure
- Own the full sales interaction, start to finish
- Log your daily activity and numbers accurately each shift
- Stay sharp on campaign details as they change week to week
- Show up to training ready to actually use it on the floor
- Pull your weight toward individual and team goals
Who Fits This Role
- Confident approaching strangers in busy, public settings
- Composed under pressure, and quick to reset when an interaction doesn't go your way
- Reliable enough that the team doesn't need to check in on you
- Open to coaching and willing to keep adjusting as campaigns evolve
- Background in sales, retail, hospitality, or customer service is a plus — not required
- Reliable transportation and full-time availability in the Clearwater area

Pay: $46,408.42 - $55,889.71 per year
