Join our dynamic construction team as a Concrete Finisher Laborer and be a vital part of transforming blueprints into durable, high-quality concrete structures. Responsibilities
Assist in the preparation and setup of concrete forms and frameworks according to technical drawings and project specifications.
Operate concrete mixers, pumps, power tools, and heavy equipment safely and effectively to pour, spread, and level concrete surfaces.
Perform rebar installation and ensure reinforcement is correctly placed in accordance with blueprints and schematics.
Apply finishing techniques such as troweling, smoothing, caulking, and sealing to achieve the desired surface quality.
Interpret construction plans, schematics, and blueprint specifications to execute tasks accurately on-site.
Conduct concrete cutting, demolition, and restoration work as needed for project progression.
Maintain strict adherence to construction workplace safety regulations while working with hand tools, power tools, and heavy machinery.
Experience
Proven experience working on construction projects involving concrete pouring, finishing, or related trades such as masonry or carpentry.
Hands-on knowledge of concrete forming systems, formwork construction, and blueprint reading.
Familiarity with heavy lifting techniques, heavy equipment operation, and commercial driving is advantageous.
Understanding of construction estimating processes and ability to interpret technical drawings or schematics.
Experience with specialized tasks such as tile laying, flooring installation, stucco application or metal stud framing is a plus.
Strong commitment to safety practices in a construction environment with knowledge of OSHA or equivalent safety standards.
Previous roles involving renovation or restoration work that demonstrate versatility across multiple trades are highly valued.

Pay: $25.47 - $30.67 per hour
