Competitive Pay. Exceptional Benefits. Coeur d'Alene.
Coeur d'Alene consistently ranks among the most desirable small cities in the country — and the surrounding region delivers on that reputation. Lakes, mountains, ski resorts, trails, and a genuine four-season lifestyle that outdoor enthusiasts spend years trying to find.
The clinic sits 35 minutes from Coeur d'Alene. A daily employee shuttle and organized carpools run from CDA, so the commute is handled before your first day. The benefits are 100% employer paid including dependents. The pay scale rewards experience and is transparent from the start. And the clinical structure is one that actually lets you do your job well.
The Role
Outpatient orthopedics with a well-defined schedule and a caseload built around meaningful patient contact. Sessions run 60–75 minutes with 13–16 patients per day, and you may work with one to two patients concurrently based on daily staffing and volume. Supervision is currently one-to-one with a supervising PT. New graduates are welcome — no prior experience required.
