Position Overview
We are currently hiring both part-time and full-time team members for a hybrid role combining customer service and facility maintenance. This is a hands-on position ideal for someone who is reliable, detail-oriented, and takes pride in creating a clean and welcoming gym environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet members and create a welcoming, professional atmosphere
- Assist with membership inquiries, account support, and transactions
- Answer phone calls and provide accurate information
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation throughout the facility
- Ensure equipment and workout areas are organized and well-maintained
- Support daily operations and assist with additional tasks as needed
Light Maintenance Duties Include:
- Basic cable repairs
- Reupholstery on strength equipment
- Moving or adjusting equipment (must be able to lift or slide 50–100 lbs)
Qualifications
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Professional phone etiquette
- Reliable transportation required
- Bilingual preferred
- Basic knowledge of handling transactions and memberships
- Ability to work independently with attention to detail
- Previous gym or service industry experience is a plus
- Positive attitude, reliability, and commitment to cleanliness
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
