Experienced Painter / Finishing Specialist

We are seeking an experienced professional in the paint and finishing trade. Candidates must be ready on Day 1 to:
- Operate spray equipment
- Hang wall coverings
- Work with high-end finishes and marine coatings
- Perform Level 5 drywall finishing
- Apply stains and specialty coatings
- Supervise and train less-experienced crew members
- Handle layout work on residential and commercial projects to maximize efficiency
Additional Requirements:
- Ability to assemble scaffolding and lift/place ladders up to 32’ unassisted
- Strong client interaction and communication skills
- Willingness to assist with sales and material purchasing
- Professionalism and attention to detail
