Job Summary
We are seeking a dependable, motivated, and detail-oriented Cleaning Professional to join our team. This position is responsible for cleaning vacant apartment homes, maintaining common areas throughout the community, and preparing Airbnb units for incoming guests. The ideal candidate takes pride in delivering exceptional cleanliness, works efficiently with minimal supervision, and maintains a positive, professional attitude.
Responsibilities
- Clean and prepare vacant apartment homes for new residents.
- Perform Airbnb turnover cleanings between guest stays.
- Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and sanitize all assigned areas.
- Clean kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living areas, windows, mirrors, and appliances.
- Maintain breezeways, stairwells, hallways, and other common areas.
- Report maintenance issues or damages observed during cleaning.
- Restock cleaning supplies and notify management when inventory is low.
- Follow company cleaning standards and safety procedures.
- Complete assignments efficiently while maintaining high-quality work.
Qualifications
- Previous residential, apartment, hotel, or vacation rental cleaning experience preferred.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to stand, bend, climb stairs, and perform physical work throughout the day.
- Must be dependable, punctual, and have a strong work ethic.
Preferred Qualifications
- Apartment turnover experience.
- Airbnb or vacation rental cleaning experience.
- Housekeeping experience in hotels or multifamily communities.
- Experience using professional cleaning equipment and products.
Pay: From $12.00 per hour
