Job Description
As store traffic increases, we’re hiring customer-focused Retail Sales Associates to support in-store promotions at major retail locations in Allentown, PA. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with people, thrive in fast-paced environments, and want hands-on experience representing nationally recognized brands.

Key Responsibilities
- Greet and engage customers inside a big-box retail environment
- Share information on products, services, promotions, and seasonal offers
- Help customers identify solutions that meet their needs
- Process activations, upgrades, and service requests
- Work toward individual and team sales goals
- Accurately document customer interactions and sales
- Contribute to a positive, team-oriented workplace
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Friendly, professional, and confident in face-to-face interactions
- Retail, customer service, or sales experience preferred, not required
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
Compensation & Benefits
- Base pay: $16–$21 per hour, plus uncapped commission
