Medical & Dental Follow-Up Specialist (Biller)
We are seeking a full-time, detail-oriented Medical & Dental Follow-Up Specialist to join our team. Responsibilities include following up on unpaid or denied insurance claims, verifying insurance eligibility, obtaining authorizations, resolving billing issues, and communicating with patients and insurance companies regarding balances and claims.
Qualified candidates should have experience in medical or dental billing, insurance verification, or accounts receivable. Must have knowledge of CPT, ICD-10, HCPCS, and CDT coding. Experience with EMR/EHR systems and strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills required. Federally Qualified Health Care billing experience preferred.
