We are seeking a motivated, customer-focused professional to serve as the Sales & Digital Marketing Specialist for two growing Hawaii companies:
Hawaii VIP Auto Storage
A premier luxury vehicle storage facility offering secure storage for private automobiles, collector vehicles, military deployments, seasonal residents, and concierge services.
Nohokai Production Services, Inc.
A distributor of new and used golf carts serving residential, commercial, hospitality, construction, and recreational customers across Hawaii.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, creating content, engaging customers, and driving sales through both service and digital marketing.
Position Overview
This role combines sales, customer service, and digital marketing to drive revenue and increase brand visibility for both companies. You will manage customer interactions, generate leads, and oversee online presence.
Primary Responsibilities:
Sales & Customer Service
● Respond to inquiries via phone, email, website, text, and social media
● Convert leads into customers through strong service and follow-up
● Schedule appointments and facility tours
● Prepare estimates, proposals, and agreements
● Maintain communication before and after sales
● Build long-term relationships and encourage referrals
● Re-engage past customers for repeat business
Business Development
● Generate new leads through networking and outreach
● Build relationships with dealerships, real estate professionals, military organizations, resorts, contractors, golf courses, HOAs, and businesses
● Identify and develop partnership opportunities
● Represent both companies at events and trade shows
Digital Marketing & Social Media
● Manage and update company websites
● Maintain social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, etc.)
● Create engaging photo, video, and written content
● Develop promotions and campaigns to generate leads
● Monitor reviews and customer engagement
● Support email marketing and advertising efforts
● Improve SEO and online visibility
Administrative
● Maintain accurate records in CRM
● Track leads, sales activity, and communications
● Prepare weekly sales and marketing reports
● Collaborate with ownership on strategy and growth initiatives
Qualifications
We’re looking for someone who has:
● Experience in sales, customer service, or business development
● Strong communication and relationship-building skills
● Experience managing business social media accounts
● Strong writing skills for marketing content
● Basic website editing experience (WordPress, Wix, Squarespace, etc.)
● Strong organization and time management skills
● Ability to work independently and as part of a small team
● Professional demeanor and positive attitude
● Valid Hawaii driver’s license and reliable transportation
Preferred Qualifications
● Automotive industry experience
● Golf cart or powersports sales
● Digital marketing experience
● Photography or video content creation
● CRM experience
● Google Business Profile management
● Basic graphic design (Canva or Adobe Creative Suite)
