For over 25 years, Lilly Barrack has been crafting one-of-a-kind sterling silver jewelry, proudly handmade in Albuquerque, New Mexico. Each of our locations showcases not only our signature designs but also a thoughtfully curated collection of unique jewelry artists and distinctive gift items. We are passionate about artistry, quality, and creating an exceptional customer experience.
We are currently seeking a Sales Associate to join our team in a high-volume, fast-paced retail environment. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys connecting with people, has an eye for style, and takes pride in delivering exceptional service.
What You’ll Do
- Provide a welcoming and personalized shopping experience for every customer
- Assist customers in finding jewelry and gifts that fit their style and needs
- Support daily store operations, including merchandising and maintaining a visually appealing space
- Contribute to achieving sales goals as part of a team
- Learn about our jewelry, artists, and products to confidently share with customers
What We’re Looking For
- Previous customer service or retail experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Goal-oriented with a team-player mindset
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Ability to stand and remain active for 8–10 hour shifts
Schedule & Details
- Full-time position (40–60 hours per week)
- Weekend availability required (Saturdays only)
- No evening hours
