Server / Bartender (Experienced) – Nights & Weekends Required
We are seeking an experienced Server/Bartender to join our team in a fast-paced, guest-focused restaurant environment. We’re looking for someone who is confident on the floor, comfortable behind the bar, and passionate about delivering exceptional hospitality.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of serving and bartending experience
- Strong knowledge of cocktails, beer, wine, and food service
- Ability to multitask in a high-volume setting
- Excellent communication and guest service skills
- Positive attitude and team-first mentality
- Reliable transportation and strong attendance
- Must be available to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- Sushi/hibachi/sake experience preferred
Responsibilities:
- Provide attentive, professional service to guests
- Prepare cocktails, beer, wine, and other beverages consistently
- Take food and drink orders accurately
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and dining areas
- Work closely with kitchen and management to ensure smooth service
- Handle cash, credit card transactions, and closing duties
- Help create a welcoming and upbeat atmosphere for guests
