Overview
Assists the Government in developing and analyzing organizational plans and metrics to identify, manage, and direct resources supporting SIE mission strategies and priorities. Analyzes IT industry best practices for improvement opportunities.
Essential duties
- Develop and analyze plans and metrics supporting SIE priorities
- Research industry best practices and recommend improvements
- Support meeting facilitation, slide consolidation, and action tracking
- Maintain schedules, POCs, and operational metrics as assigned
- Prepare briefs and talking papers for leadership communication
Education
- Preferred: Bachelor's degree
Years of experience (recommended)
- 3–5 years operations analysis, business analysis, or IT program support
- DoD experience preferred
Skills & knowledge
- Data collection, metrics tracking, process documentation
- Meeting support and action item management
- MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); SharePoint
- Clear written and verbal communication
Certifications
Security & other requirements
- Active TOP SECRET; TS/SCI preferred
- On-site; travel as approved
