American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for a PCU position specializing in acute cardiac, vascular, and thoracic care with a minimum of 2 years of cardiac telemetry experience required.

Progressive Care Unit (PCU) within a hospital setting

Adult patient population with acute cardiac, vascular, and thoracic needs
-
Patient ratio of 1:4
-
Caseload includes open heart post-op day one, stents, devices, ablations, and chest pain rule-out (R/O)

Experience with antiarrhythmic drips (amiodarone, cardizem) and heart failure drips (lasix, bumex, milrinone, dobutamine) required

Post vascular and thoracic surgery patients

Day shift, 3x12-hour shifts, 7:00 AM – 7:30 PM

Active MT RN license or Compact RN license currently in hand

Current BLS and ACLS certifications required

Minimum 2 years of cardiac telemetry RN experience required
