Role: Brand Sales Support
We are seeking a motivated, brand-savvy sales representative to join our growing team. In this role, you will be the face of our cannabis brands in the field — building strong relationships with retail partners and generating leads.

The role reports to the head of Marketing.
Responsibilities
Sales & Account Management
● Achieve/exceed monthly sales lead gen targets within your assigned territory.
● Manage and proactively prospect for new business.
● Conduct regular in-person visits to retail locations to generate interest in our brands and increase visibility.
Brand Representation
● Act as a brand ambassador, embodying company values and ensuring brand guidelines are upheld at all touchpoints.
● Execute sampling programs and product demonstrations.
● Monitor competitor activity and provide market intelligence back to the business.
Reporting & Administration
● Maintain accurate CRM records of all customer interactions, visits, and sales activity.
● Prepare regular reports and territory updates for management review.
● Manage territory samples and promotional materials responsibly.
What We're Looking For
Essential
● Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a natural ability to build rapport.
● Self-motivated and target-driven with excellent time management skills.
● A genuine passion for brands and the ability to convey brand stories compellingly.
● Must be 21 years of age or older, have a valid driver's license, and be willing to travel within the territory.
● Proficient in Google Suite (SheeDocs Doc, Slides) and/or MS Office products (MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint)
Desirable
● Proven track record in a field sales or account management role (FMCG, beauty, fashion, or branded goods preferred)
● Experience working with retail buyers or category managers.
● Basic familiarity with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
