Core Duties-
Ensure surfaces are ready for coating through thorough cleaning, sanding, and priming processes.

Demonstrate proficiency in the metal preparation of structural steel components.

Execute prime and finish coats using industrial enamel via pressure pot spray systems to ensure long-lasting protection.

Take ownership of the preparation and coating process for various pieces of industrial machinery.

Blend and calibrate paint shades to reach exact finish requirements.

Utilize diverse application methods such as brushing, rolling, and spraying to achieve optimal coverage.

Review completed items to help maintain high quality standards across all output.

Support a safe and efficient workplace by keeping your station tidy and following all safety guidelines.

Work alongside colleagues to ensure all project goals and technical requirements are met on time.

Conduct regular upkeep on all painting tools and machinery to ensure operational readiness.

Keep current with modern painting methods to help improve overall team productivity.

Maintain a schedule of Monday through Thursday from 7 AM to 5:30 PM, and Friday from 7 AM to 3:30 PM, with optional Saturday morning shifts.
Requirements-
Completion of high school or a GED; vocational training in painting is beneficial.
