Heavy civil construction experience, either field or office experience to include structural concrete, roadway construction, underground utilities.

Fluent in Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat.

Read and interpret project plans and specifications.

Prepare and submit project submittals

Utilize project scheduling software such as MS Project

Manage Project Management Software
