We are expanding into Baton Rouge, LA and are seeking a Local Market Partner—a driven, business-minded leader who will co-own and operate the Kairos brand in your market. This is not just a job—it’s a partnership opportunity to build a business with equity and long-term income potential.
What You’ll Do
- Lead daily operations of the local property management business
- Drive new client acquisition and local market growth
- Manage a portfolio of rental properties with excellence and compliance
- Oversee leasing, maintenance coordination, and tenant relations
- Hire, train, and manage local staff as needed
- Work closely with corporate for marketing, technology, and back-office support
