Pay
- $1,650 – $1,800 average weekly pay
- Estimated annual earnings: $85,800 – $93,600 based on 52 weeks of full-time driving
- $0.62 – $0.72 CPM based on experience

Job Details
- Position: Full-time
- Freight: 100% no-touch, drop and hook on every single load
- Local and regional lanes available out of Lakewood, WA
- Schedule: 5 to 6 days per week
- Weekly mileage: 2,500 – 3,000 miles average
- Local: home every night
- Regional: home every week with a 34-hour reset
Routes
- Local lanes covering tight corridors throughout Lakewood, Tacoma, and the South Puget Sound area
- Regional lanes covering WA, OR, ID, MT, and CA
- Average haul length: 100 – 200 miles local | 300 - 500 miles regional
- Steady dispatch Monday through Saturday
- Key regional hubs: Tacoma, Seattle, Olympia, Portland, Spokane, and Eugene

What the Job Looks Like Every Day
- Drive your assigned CDL-A day cab on local or regional routes out of Lakewood, WA
- Pick up and drop off no-touch, drop and hook freight on your assigned corridor
- Run your pre-trip and post-trip inspections every single day
- Keep your ELD logs accurate and stay within legal hours of service at all times
- Follow all DOT regulations and company safety standards on every run
- Keep dispatch informed and stay in contact throughout your shift
What You Need Before You Apply
- Valid Class A CDL in good standing
- 21 years of age or older
- No prior CDL-A driving experience needed - first-time drivers are welcome
- Minor violations looked at individually - do not count yourself out, apply and let us review
- Must pass a DOT physical and pre-employment drug screen
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
