Position Summary
Grounded in our Purpose, to Serve from the Heart, the Front Desk Supervisor leads the daily guest-facing operation at Crystal Peak Lodge, bringing the CoralTree brand to life at every arrival, stay, and departure. The front desk is staffed seven days per week during standard business hours, eight to twelve hours per day, with daily coverage flexed seasonally. This role owns the arrival and departure experience, manages the front desk schedule within those parameters, and is the property's first responder for guest issues during shift hours.
Relationships
To supervise, train, and inspire the front desk team. To coordinate and communicate regularly with the Property Manager, Housekeeping Supervisor, Maintenance Manager, and the CoralTree Manager on Duty answering service. The Front Desk Supervisor has high-volume daily contact with guests, owners, and team members across the property.

The Front Desk Supervisor must possess exceptional guest service skills, calm presence under pressure, and a service-first mindset. He or she must be resourceful, self-motivated, organized, and able to coach a small team to deliver consistent, memorable service in a seasonal mountain resort environment.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Build, manage, and adjust the front desk schedule seven days per week, scaling hours up in winter peak and down in shoulder seasons.
- Train and supervise front desk agents on CoralTree service standards, the SPROUT program, and property-specific guest journey touchpoints.
- Personally work front desk shifts including check-in, check-out, reservations, guest issue resolution, and concierge support.
- Manage cash, credit card processing, daily deposits, and end-of-shift audits with full accountability.
- Coordinate seamlessly with housekeeping and maintenance to deliver clean, rental-ready units at every arrival.
- Own the after-hours arrival communication process with the CoralTree Manager on Duty answering service, including accurate handoff of guest names, dates, units, and access codes.
- Support the Rental Program by capturing reservations, upselling, and answering owner-prospect inquiries.
- Maintain front desk operating supplies, collateral, and the lobby presentation to CoralTree brand standards.
Job Qualifications
- Three or more years of front desk or guest services experience, including at least one year in a lead or supervisor role.
- Hospitality leadership experience in a resort, vacation rental, or condominium-hotel environment preferred.
- Proven scheduling, training, and coaching skills.
- PMS proficiency. Track experience a strong plus.
- Cash handling, PCI compliance, and night audit experience.
- Outstanding interpersonal skills, calm under pressure, and a service-first mindset.

Compensation & Benefits
Salary Range: $26 - 30.00/hour, based on experience.
