$25–$40+ Hourly | $4,000 First-Year Bonus | 40-Hour Guarantee for Qualified Techs After 90 Days

Myers Comfort Specialists is hiring experienced residential service technicians in Pelham. We offer strong hourly base pay—not commission-only pay—plus commissions, bonuses, dependable work, and real field support.
What You Get
- $25–$40+ hourly base pay based on experience
- Commission and performance bonuses in addition to hourly wages
- Top-performing technicians can earn $100,000+ in total annual compensation
- $4,000 first-year bonus: $500 at 30 days, $750 at 90 days, $1,250 at six months, and $1,500 at one year
- Well-qualified, experienced full-time technicians who complete the 90-day introductory period are guaranteed at least 40 hours per week year-round
- Paid vacation accrues from your first day and becomes usable after 90 days

The Work
You’ll diagnose, repair, and maintain residential HVAC systems, explain repair options clearly, and complete safe, professional work you’re comfortable putting your name on.
What We Need
- Residential HVAC service and diagnostic experience
- EPA 608 certification or willingness to obtain it
- Valid driver’s license and insurable driving record
- Dependable attendance and professional customer communication
