Axis Intelligence Corp is hiring a Retail Customer Representative to support our growing Frontier retail team. This is a full-time, in-person retail sales position where you'll work inside a Frontier retail store, helping customers explore Frontier Fiber Internet, home internet services, Wi-Fi solutions, and other connectivity products while delivering an outstanding retail customer experience.
As a Retail Customer Representative, you'll welcome customers into the store, identify their internet and connectivity needs, educate them on Frontier products and promotions, recommend service options, and assist with new customer enrollments, account setup, upgrades, and account support.
Retail Customer Representative Responsibilities
- Welcome customers into the Frontier retail location and deliver exceptional customer service during every interaction.
- Educate customers on Frontier Fiber Internet, home internet services, Wi-Fi solutions, internet speeds, pricing, promotions, and available service options.
- Build relationships with retail customers by understanding their household connectivity needs and recommending the best Frontier products and services.
- Guide customers through new account enrollments, account setup, service activations, account upgrades, account transfers, and account changes.
- Answer customer questions regarding Frontier products, internet services, billing, equipment, promotions, and account options.
- Deliver a positive retail customer experience by providing knowledgeable service and personalized recommendations.
- Maintain accurate customer records, sales documentation, enrollment information, and daily retail sales activity.

Previous experience in retail, customer service, retail sales, customer sales, hospitality, technology, wireless, telecommunications, internet services, electronics, or sales is helpful but not required.
Pay: $800.00 - $1,300.00 per week
