Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Full Time Maintenance Technician to join our dynamic facilities team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation and upkeep of our facilities by performing routine maintenance, repairs, and inspections. Your proactive approach will help maintain a safe, efficient, and welcoming environment for all staff and visitors. Must be willing to be on call for afterhours emergencies.
Responsibilities
- Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on building systems, equipment, and fixtures to ensure optimal functionality.
- Carry out basic carpentry, including residential painting as needed to maintain facility appearance.
- Use CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) software to document work orders, track maintenance activities, and manage inventory.
- Assist with facilities maintenance projects such as plumbing repairs, HVAC servicing, and general building upkeep.
- Follow safety protocols during all maintenance activities to ensure a secure working environment.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in facilities maintenance or related fields within hospitality or residential settings.
- Strong mechanical knowledge complemented by electrical experience and familiarity with schematics and troubleshooting tools like ohmmeters.
- Skilled in basic plumbing, electrical repairs, and carpentry tasks.
- Communication skills in English for clear documentation and teamwork collaboration.

Pay: $12.50 - $16.00 per hour
