Agents will be responsible for timely recovery, and handling accounts in a Customer Service oriented platform. Our organization requires agents who are thorough and professional at all times in order to maximize the recovery of delinquent accounts.
Agents will be assigned different types of accounts- Generally working on Medical accounts. Previous experience assisting consumers is preferred but is not required, and training will be provided to help each individual maximize their revenue.
Bi-lingual is a + - and will allow for a higher start per hour.
