Responsibilities
Greet and check in patients with professionalism and warmth
Verify patient documentation and maintain compliance with DC regulations
Maintain accurate patient records and update patient information
Help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming dispensary
Ensure menus, products, and accessories are stocked and updated
Support daily dispensary operations, opening/closing duties, and team communication
Educate patients on renewals, products, accessories, and the DC medical cannabis program
Requirements:
Must be a current medical cannabis card holder (any state is fine)
Ability to use office equipment (computers and printers) and their included software i.e. Word, Excel, email etc.
Required to undergo a criminal background check and appropriate state badging (as directed by state ordinances)
Must be able to work weekends, nights and holidays
Must be able to work OUTSIDE in all weather conditions, with the proper accomodations, for up to 9 hours at a time
Must have a passion to service our patients with care
Consistent demonstration of excellent customer service skills
Must be 21 years of age and comply with local, state and company regulations
