Accounting Associates

Extensive knowledge of Yardi Voyager 6 or 7
Comprehensive knowledge Avid XChange, WorkFlows, Security, Vendor Management etc.
YCheck and other Standard accounting API’s including Paylease etc.

Building Assistants (Assistants to Building Managers with growth to Building Manager)

Must have minimum 1 year of prior Experience. We prefer 2 Years.
Must know Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Adobe and Internet Explorer (Internet Access).
Must know how to use Office scanners, Network printers and other forms of Document Management devices.
Good to know Yardi Accounting Software.
Must be able to travel all 5 boroughs.
Must be able to work nights and weekends.
