Sales Associate Daily Responsibilities:
- Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products that meet their needs
- Assist customers directly with product and service options
- Help customers choose the best products to meet their needs
- Maintain a positive and professional customer experience
- Meet or exceed sales goals and performance expectations
- Provide superior customer service and customer support
- Greet all customers in a friendly and engaging manner to spark productive conversations
- Collaborate with team members
- Maintain up to date product knowledge
- Maintain an organized workspace
Sales Associate Preferred Qualifications:
- The Sales Associate role is an entry level position, no prior experience is required
