Job Description: Office Manager
Position Overview: Seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Manager to manage small office with 1 employee.

Responsibilities entail scheduling mobile phlebotomists, paperwork quality control, ordering supplies, and training new phlebotomist on processes. The manager will supervise 1 other employee.
All staff are responsible for scheduling phlebotomist appointments, coordinating with insurance agents, and contributing to a harmonious workplace. If you you are positive, organized, and are a team player, you are the right person for the job - we encourage you to apply.
If you are a licensed phlebotomist you can make an additional hourly rate.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with owner
- Contact clients via phone
- Collaborate with insurance agents
- Receive and process paperwork to ensure accuracy
- Manage billing (no collections)
- Assist in maintaining a positive and casual work environment
- Proficient in the scheduling system
- Utilize computer literacy
- Exhibit exceptional phone skills, and email communications
- Respond to email
Qualifications:
- Lively demeanor & pleasant personality
- At least 2 years of office managerial experience is required
- Ability to work on-site
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proficiency in English
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment answering calls & making outbound calls
- Demonstrated computer literacy with standard software applications
- Average typing ability is necessary
