Please note this is a full-time position split between our Munster and Merrillville clinic locations.
Benefits-
Base Compensation Range: $25.58-$36.74 an hour (for all worked hours), dependent on experience

Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) Requirements-
Associate’s degree in Occupational Therapy

Current licensed certified occupational therapist assistant and registered with the American Occupational Therapy Association and licensed in applicable state

Must possess or be capable of obtaining and maintaining a CPR certification
-
Must possess excellent communication skills, both written and oral
