We are currently hiring a part-time sales associate with opportunity for long term employment.

My Sweet Lilly is a boutique bakery located in the heart of the Strip District. We offer a variety of culturally diverse goods including cakes, pastries, cookies, and our famous Greek baklava.

The right candidate will be able to do the following:
- Adhere to food safety and health requirements
- Stand for the duration of your shift
- Work independently and in a team environment
- Work weekends and during holiday seasons (but NO actual holidays)
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Greeting and directing customers
- Providing accurate information (product features, pricing, etc.)
- Answering customer questions about products and services
- Up-selling products
- Ensuring sales racks are fully stocked
- Coordinating with Manager to provide excellent customer service (especially during peak times)
- Providing customer feedback to the Managers
- Staying up to date with new products and services
Skills recommended (but not required):
- Experience in Retail Sales or similar role
- Basic math skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Capable of building trusting relationships
- Ability to perform in a fast-paced, upbeat environment
- High school degree
