The Night Auditor plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the hotel during nighttime hours. This position involves front desk operations, performing nightly audits, and providing exceptional guest services. Responsibilities
- Conduct nightly audits of financial transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Manage front desk operations, including check-ins and check-outs, while providing excellent customer service.
- Address guest inquiries and resolve any issues that may arise during the night shift.
- Maintain accurate records of room availability and reservations.
- Prepare daily financial reports and summaries for management review.
- Ensure the front desk area is clean, organized, and welcoming for guests.
- Collaborate with other departments to enhance overall guest satisfaction.
- Utilize phone systems effectively to communicate with guests and staff.
Skills
