Position Overview:
We are seeking a friendly, reliable Part-Time Concierge to serve as the face of our community during evenings and weekends. In this role, you will assist residents with customer service needs, maintain a welcoming front desk, help manage leasing inquiries when staff are unavailable, and support seasonal amenities like the pool and rooftop.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Service & Concierge Duties:
- Greet and assist residents, guests, and visitors professionally
- Accept packages and notify residents using Package Concierge system
- Coordinate transportation, accept deliveries, assist with reservations
- Respond promptly to tenant requests, concerns, or complaints
- Maintain the front desk area to ensure a clean, polished appearance
- Enforce community rules and policies respectfully and consistently
- Communicate with residents via phone, email, or in person
Leasing Support:
- Assist with leasing inquiries and apartment tours as needed
- Schedule appointments and follow up on leads
- Enter data and maintain resident and prospect databases
- Type correspondence, handle calls, and take messages for leasing staff
Facility Support:
- Monitor pool and rooftop areas; check chemical levels and safety compliance
- Straighten furniture, clean tables, stock propane tanks
- Close the pool and rooftop areas at the end of the shift
- Change light bulbs, update locks, replace batteries in smoke detectors
- Maintain office supplies inventory and submit orders to management
Opening & Closing Procedures:
- Start Sonos lobby music and turn on TVs and fireplaces
- Tidy front and back office areas
- Check and respond to voicemail and email
- Sign out of all systems, secure the office, and lock all doors
Package Handling:
- Log packages using Package Concierge software
- Notify residents of deliveries
- Deliver packages to residents’ doors in overflow situations
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Prior concierge, front desk, or leasing experience preferred
- Friendly, professional demeanor and strong communication skills
- Comfortable using computers, email, and basic office systems
- Ability to follow established procedures and maintain confidentiality
Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to stand and walk for long periods of time
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
- Ability to bend, squat, and navigate small spaces
- Must be able to respond to requests in a dynamic environment
Schedule:
- Part-time evenings and weekends
- Additional hours may be available as needed
- Must be available to work holidays as assigned

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
