This role focuses on billing and collections, cash apps ensuring accurate invoicing, strong cash flow, and excellent client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Cash application

Credit processing
Collections
Strong knowledge of accounts receivable processes and procedures.
Exceptional attention to detail with a high level of accuracy.

What We’re Looking For:
- 3+ years of Accounts Receivable & billing experience
- Experience in food distribution or logistics (preferred)
- Proficiency in accounting systems (QuickBooks, SAP, Nav, or similar)
- Strong Excel and MS Office skills
- Detail-oriented with excellent communication skills
Education: Bachelor’s in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience)
