Job Overview
The Utility/Prep will assist in Facility Cleaning, Product Stocking, Preparation and Assembly of foods as directed by Production Cooks/Supervisors
General responsibilities
Food, preparation, chopping vegetables, fruits, and meats, making salads and putting together sandwiches
Ensuring that food is properly stored.
Performing kitchen, maintenance, emptying the trash, mopping floors, and washing dishes.
Strives to learn to improve cooking skills and expand knowledge about food, products and techniques. Assist with the cleaning, sanitation, and organization of the kitchen, walk-in coolers, and storage areas. Performs additional responsibilities as requested by the manager at the time
