Job Summary
The Customer Service Representative (CSR) serves as the first point of contact for our OEM clients, providing prompt, professional, and knowledgeable support by phone and email. This role ensures customers receive accurate information, timely responses, and a smooth ordering experience. The CSR will manage smaller accounts directly, handle and process incoming purchase orders, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
The Customer Service Representative is the main point of contact for OEM customers, they will manage smaller accounts directly and ensure positive, proactive communication. They handle calls and emails, answer questions on orders, products, pricing, and route complex inquiries as needed. Key duties include entering and verifying purchase orders, coordinating with production, logistics, engineering to ensure accuracy and timely fulfillment, tracking overdue payments, while maintaining detailed customer records.

- Must have strong attention to detail.
- Willingness to develop new skills and continuously improve performance.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities at once.
- Prior experience in customer service, order processing, or account support (manufacturing or marine industry experience a plus).
- An associates degree in business is preferred but not necessary.
