Role Description
This is a part-time on-site role for a Cosmetology and Barber Instructor located in Vauxhall, NJ. The instructor will be responsible for teaching and training students in various aspects of cosmetology and barbering, including hair care, makeup artistry, and esthetics. Day-to-day tasks include preparing lesson plans, delivering instructional sessions, providing hands-on training, assessing student progress, and maintaining a positive learning environment. The instructor will also be responsible for offering excellent customer service to students and assisting with course curriculum development.
Qualifications
- Cosmetology Teaching License (Required)
- Demonstrated experience in Cosmetology Education and Teaching
- Proven proficiency in cosmetology and hair care techniques
- Strong customer service skills with a student-centered approach
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work on-site in Vauxhall, NJ
- Relevant certification or licensure in cosmetology or barbering
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: Up to $35.00 per hour
