Location: Saint Cloud, MN
Compensation: $18.00 – $22.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday – Thursday | 5:00 AM – 3:00 PM (4-Day Work Week)
Status: Full-Time, some overtime may be required.
Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Shipping and Receiving Associate to join our logistics team in Saint Cloud. The ideal candidate will manage the flow of goods in and out of the warehouse, ensuring total accuracy in our shipping and receiving processes. This role requires a versatile professional who is comfortable operating warehouse machinery and driving a 26' straight truck.
Key Responsibilities
- Receiving & Inspection: Inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and quality; document and report any discrepancies.
- Shipping & Packing: Prepare outgoing shipments by packing products securely and labeling them correctly for transport.
- Driving: Operate a 26' straight truck for local transport and deliveries.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate pallet jacks, reach trucks, order pickers, and forklifts to move materials within the warehouse.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory records and organize stock in designated areas to optimize accessibility.
- Software Usage: Operate warehouse management software to process orders and track stock.
- Teamwork: Collaborate with the team to ensure the timely processing of all orders and deliveries.
Qualifications & Skills
- Equipment Proficiency: Experience operating a pallet jack, reach truck, order picker, and forklift is required.
- Driving Ability: Experience or ability to drive a 26' straight truck safely.
- Requirements: Must be able to obtain a health card (DOT Physical) for driving duties.
- Detail-Oriented: Strong attention to detail for accurate picking, packing, and labeling.
- Fast-Paced Environment: Ability to work efficiently while strictly adhering to all safety protocols.
- Communication: Good communication skills to collaborate effectively with the logistics team.
