Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM (No nights or weekends)
Position Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Dentist to join our outpatient practice in Syracuse, NY. This opportunity offers a predictable weekday schedule, full clinical support staff, and a mission-driven environment focused on high-quality patient care. You will provide comprehensive general dentistry for approximately 16 to 20 patients per day.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide bread-and-butter general dentistry care to a diverse patient population.
- Formulate comprehensive treatment plans and manage clinical cases efficiently.
- Collaborate closely with dental assistants, hygienists, and administrative staff to ensure seamless clinical operations and patient satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Education: Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) from an accredited program.
- Licensure: Active and unrestricted New York State Dentist License.
- Skills: Comfortable providing comprehensive general dentistry care with a compassionate, patient-centered approach.
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: $185,000 – $200,000 starting salary
- Incentives: Up to $20,000 sign-on bonus
